The international and traditional illuminated advertising manufacturer Westiform from Ortenberg/Baden, also known to many as Boos + Hahn, produces high-quality corporate design products for renowned customers all over the world. On 1 September 2022, the Joseph Group took over the business operations of Westiform Germany GmbH and has since continued the existing business relationships.

The Joseph Group was founded in Dubai in 1978 and today is one of the largest manufacturers of signage in Africa and the Middle East. The group has over 1,800 employees, who work in production facilities with an area of almost 800,000 square feet. In addition to external and internal static signage, Joseph Group is active in all areas of the signage industry and has a large, international customer base across a wide range of industries.

Through the takeover of Westiform Germany GmbH, the Joseph Group is making an important, strategic step towards entry and expansion on the European market. The aim is not only to further expand the existing business operations, but also to strengthen the market position on the European market through further acquisitions. In addition to the business operations, the Joseph Group is also taking over all 130 employees at the two locations in Ortenberg and Bretzfeld. In addition to the new company name, there is also a new logo.

There is also a change in the management: With Mike Sauer, who has been working for Westiform for several years formerly authorised officer and sales manager, as well as Martin Walker, who also acquired a wide expertise over many years in the industry, there are two well-experienced managers in this field of activity. Mike Sauer continues to manage the sales department and the project management, Martin Walker the commercial department.
